A highly skilled Plastic & Reconstructive surgeon in practice for more than 17 years, Dr. Keelee MacPhee is passionate about helping her patients become more confident and comfortable with their bodies. Dr. MacPhee’s goal is always to provide clinical excellence, while achieving desired and natural results.
With an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Summa Cum Laude, she did her medical studies at the University of Massachusetts, University of Florida/Jacksonville, and UNC School of Medicine residency in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Surgery of the Hand. Dr. MacPhee’s time at University of Florida were for residencies in the Division of Plastic Surgery and the Department of General Surgery.
Dr. MacPhee worked as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at a practice in Maryland before returning to North Carolina in 2005 to open her own practice. During this time, she practiced general plastic & reconstructive surgery, worked at Rex Wound Healing Center for more than seven years, and served as chair for Plastic Surgery at Rex for a time. She is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Having shadowed two separate GRS specialists, one in the Northeast, and another in California, Dr. Keelee MacPhee is ready to consult with the transgender community as she aims to provide opportunities to discuss your options and ensure you are completely informed and comfortable with your treatment plan.
